Our Response
We do not want you to wait. However, it is important to us that someone will look at your application and who can evaluate your know how. We will get back to you within 14 days. Do you have questions? Then give us a call or send us an email anytime.
Step 3
The first meeting
We are excited to get to know you. We are happy to take about 30 minutes to talk over the phone or we will meet you directly at our office over a coffee or tea. Also, we are interested in you as a person - we do not wear suits and you do not have to either.
Step 4
Meeting the colleagues
Our first meeting went well and a job with us appeals to you? Then get to know your potential colleagues at the next (remote) meeting. Exchange thoughts on projects and discuss your professtional skills. If you are to meet further colleagues, then we wil be happy to organize a second interview.
Step 5
Signing the contract
Are we a good fit? Then we will send you a contract offer in a few days. We are happy to sign your contract together at our offices. We are happy that you are joing our team!
Step 6
Your first day
Nervous? That's understandable, but you don't have to be. A few days bevore your first day, you will receive an email with all the important information for your start. Whether it's organizational questions or setting up your workspace, we will quide you from the start. Get to know slashwhy, colleagues and more importantly your first project and learn everything about our spirit. Too much input? We will provide you with all the information in written form when you start.
