“The Internet of Things“ (IoT), often also referred to as the “Industrial Internet of Things“ (IIoT) in the industrial environment, pursues the idea of connecting very large numbers of devices via the cloud and allowing them to cooperate with each other. Thanks to our experience in the areas of embedded, cloud and applications, we can think holistically about such a system and implement it cross-functionally from a single source.

Due to the large number of devices used in an IoT solution, managing these devices poses an enormous challenge. A key aspect here is security - only authorized devices should have access to the cloud. We offer solutions based on certificates or shared access signatures across the entire life cycle of the devices - from provisioning to the end of life.

Secure client-to-service and service-to-service communication based on established industry standards as a cornerstone of cloud security. We rely on technologies such as IAM, STS, User Sign In/On Flows, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Keycloak and Azure B2C.

4JET stands for innovative laser systems that are used as integrated machine solutions for surface processing in tire, automotive, glass and photovoltaic production, as well as in aviation worldwide. Over the years, a complex application for machine control and automation of the laser applications had grown on the basis of an Access database and Windows Forms, which was difficult to maintain and further develop.
